Apparently, I have been a member of Bangalore Amateur Radio Club (BARC)! I had submitted to be a member of ARSI and BARC at the same time¹, and had not followed up on my membership status.

I recently reached out to VU2GRM about it, and he pointed out that I was a member and was listed on club’s website already.

BARC is one of the first amateur radio clubs to have been formed in India in 1959, it has been active sense then and meets on Second Sunday of every month at 10 AM for interactions on home brewing, discoveries, new projects, etc., at the state head quarters of The Bharat Scouts and Guides Head Quarters, Palace Road, Bengaluru.
