The Amateur Radio Society Of India (ARSI) has web page listing all the documents that lists a few recent notifications from WPC1 that are important for amateur radio operators in India. ARSI also has a page with all the rules for the Indian Wireless Telegraph (Amateur Radio) Rules for those of you who may need a copy or are interested. Two other sources for these documents are VU2JOS who documents numerous on his QSL.net micro-site (ranging from repeater frequencies, operational nets and their timings, and rules), and National Institute of Amateur Radio (NIAR) does the same on their website.

At some point, I will try and reproduce these notifications here2, but for now the notifications should be available either at https://egazette.gov.in, https://eservices.dot.gov.in/ and https://www.saralsanchar.gov.in/circulars_order.php.
